DERRY GIRLS may be coming to a conclusion, but writer Lisa McGee says she refuses to rule out a return to the comedy in the form of a film at some point in the future. McGee said her immediate thoughts about the show was that it had come to an end and the characters had been taken to “where we wanted to take them”.

OTHER VOICES returns April 14

OTHER VOICES is finally returning to Irish television screens on April 14th, primed and ready to celebrate its twentieth series. The show will run for six weeks on RTÉ2 and will be packed with exclusive interviews and performances from the world’s most exciting musical stars. Annie MacManus, MayKay, and Huw Stephens will also be returning as hosts. Week one kicks off with Irish superstar Dermot Kennedy, RTÉ Choice Music Prize nominee Orla Gartland, and Dublin rock band Sprints.

BRIDGERTON newcomer Calam Lynch

If you thought BRIDGERTON’S Irish newcomer Calam Lynch looked familar then you’re not the only one. DERRY GIRLS returns April 12

Channel 4 has confirmed that DERRY GIRLS season 3 will return April 12th, reuniting us with the whole gang for the third and final time. Erin, Clare, Orla, Michelle and the ‘wee English fella’ James will all return in the 1990s-set Northern Irish comedy, following a DERRY GIRLS season 3 trailer showing the girls and James all enjoying their final school days.

Jamie Dornan has given Kelly Clarkson an Irish seaweed dish as a gift while appearing on her talk show. The Northern Irish actor appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show to chat about his new TV show THE TOURIST. It’s not the first time the actor has brought a Northern Irish delicacy onto an American chat show. Earlier this month he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel live where he prepared a “Tayto smashie sandwich.”
