The highly anticipated second season of the neo-noir mystery series SUGAR, starring Colin Farrell, is officially set to premiere globally on Apple TV+ on Friday, June 19, 2026. The eight-episode season kicks off with a single debut episode, followed by a new weekly release every Friday.

In this new chapter, private detective John Sugar finds himself back on the stylish streets of Los Angeles tackling a high-stakes missing persons case involving the older brother of a rising local boxer. As he dives deeper into the investigation, the search unravels a massive city-wide conspiracy that forces him to question his own morals and choices. Alongside this new case, SUGAR remains driven by his deeply personal and desperate quest to discover the truth behind his own sister’s disappearance.

The upcoming season sees Sam Catlin taking over as showrunner and executive producer, bringing fresh creative vision to the series’ distinct visual style.
