Nicola Coughlan in BIG MOOD
DERRY GIRLS and BRIDGERTON star Nicola Coughlan is excellent alongside IT’S A SIN‘s Lydia West in her new sitcom about two millennial best friends. Coughlan plays Maggie with big bombastic take-all-the-energy-in-the-room aplomb while West takes on the classic role of “bestie who has a place of work and doesn’t mind their friend always visiting them there”. But their 10-year friendship is sorely tested when Maggie’s bipolar disorder makes an unwelcome return, pitching her from manic highs to deep lows.
