Universal has revealed the second full trailer for Christopher Nolan’s OPPENHEIMER, opening in theaters worldwide this July. Oppenheimer tells the story of American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and his role in the development of the atomic bomb, working at the Los Alamos Laboratory on the Manhattan Project in the 1940s. The cast features Cillian Murphy, with Emily Blunt as “Kitty” Oppenheimer, Matt Damon as Leslie Groves, Robert Downey Jr. as Lewis Strauss and Florence Pugh as Jean Tatlock.

PEAKY BLINDERS hero Cillian Murphy has joined the cast of SMALL THINGS LIKE THESE which is being shot in New Ross, County Wexford. The film will be directed by Tim Mielants of PEAKY BLINDERS fame and producers include Catherine McGee (NORMAL PEOPLE) and Cillian Murphy, who will also star in the main role of Bill Furlong. The film is based on Claire Keegan’s Booker Short-Listed novel, with screenplay adaptation by playwright Enda Walsh.

Cillian Murphy takes centre stage in the new OPPENHEIMER trailer, released Dec 18. The film stars Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer, the Manhattan Project mastermind who helped develop the atomic bomb. Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and the late Martin J. Sherwin, the film also features Emily Blunt as Oppenheimer’s wife, biologist and botanist Katherine “Kitty” Oppenheimer.
