Jamie Dornan has said the new season of hit thriller THE TOURIST, which airs on New Year’s Day, is like “a Tourism Ireland advert” for how it showcases the Emerald Isle. The filming for the second series took place in Ireland and viewers will get a chance to see the results early next week. The second series will focus on Elliot and Probationary Constable Helen Chambers (Danielle Macdonald) as they continue to hunt for answers relating to his identity. In doing so they are forced to face the dangerous consequences of his past actions.

THE TOURIST Season Two

BELFAST star Jamie Dornan returns to the small screen in the action-packed Season Two of THE TOURIST. In Season 2, Elliot and his ally Helen (Danielle Macdonald) travel to Ireland to find answers about Elliot’s identity, but instead, they are forced to face the dangerous consequences of his past actions. The second season will debut exactly two years after the first arrived on our screens, with the first episode airing at 9pm on 1st January 2024 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

BELFAST star Jamie Dornan returns in THE TOURIST season two on January 1 2024. The series follows Elliot Stanley (Jamie Dornan), a man who wakes up with amnesia in an Australian hospital. The character is helped by Helen Chambers (Danielle Macdonald), a probationary constable. Season 2 takes place in Ireland and will see Elliot and Helen confronted by friends and foes. The first season premiered in January 2022 and was Britain’s most-watched drama of 2022 across all platforms.

DORNAN on A HAUNTING IN VENICE

BELFAST star Jamie Dornan has opened up about his new role in Sir Kenneth Branagh’s A HAUNTING IN VENICE. Dornan plays Dr. Leslie Ferrier, a once successful doctor, but due to his time spent serving as a military doctor in World War II is now suffering from PTSD, which has had a devastating effect on his life and career. Dornan will re-unite with fellow BELFAST star, Jude Hill, in another father-son relationship.

BELFAST actor Jamie Dornan reveals that he auditioned to play Superman in Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL. Dornan took a unique approach to the audition process as he wore Superman pajamas to try and impress Warner Bros! While MAN OF STEEL could’ve elevated Dornan’s name at the time, his career hasn’t exactly been damaged by losing out on the chance to play Superman.

50 SHADES OF GREY star Jamie Dornan can now be seen in the action-packed HEART OF STONE, now streaming on Netflix. The film sees WONDER WOMAN star Gal Gadot play a kick-ass intelligence operative alongside Jamie Dornan and Alia Bhatt among others. Gal plays Rachel Stone, an intelligence operative who will do anything to ensure her organization holds on to its most valuable and dangerous asset.
