It’s not every day we have an A-list celebrity visiting Northern Ireland, but Pierce Brosnan has been spotted around the region over the past couple of weeks. The James Bond actor has been pictured with fans in and around Co Down, and has been spotted enjoying lunch at a top restaurant in Belfast city centre recently. Speaking after a visit to Fontana in Holywood, Adam Stockman from the restaurant said the actor was scheduled to be in the area for “five or six weeks while filming.”

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Brosnan revealed that there were a few things that really bothered him about his take on James Bond. Irish actor Pierce Brosnan is gearing up for a busy 2022. On January 21, his film THE KING’S DAUGHTER releases in theaters, and a trailer is out. The Co Meath native has top billing as King Louis in this one. here’s a brief synopsis: “King Louis XIV’s quest for immortality leads him to capture a mermaid’s life force, but his immovable will is challenged when his long-hidden illegitimate daughter forms a bond with the magical creature.”
